It seems like we’ve all been missing dry side swimproving and now its BACK!We’ve brought together old and new Land Training volunteers and we’ll be getting started at 18:00hrs on Sunday 3rd March at BLC. All swimprovers who are normally in the pool at 19:15hrs are invited to join us as we get into the weekly routine of developing blood flow, flexibility, core stability and swim strength techniques to help get faster through the water. All swimprovers attending Land Training MUST:
- wear appropriate sports/gym footwear and clothing
- have a full water bottle
- have rubberised *resistance bands/tubes (light resistance) with handles
Failure to have any of the above may result in not being able to land train, sorry! Please see link for example of resistance bands for land training. As per all swimming equipment the choice is entirely your responsibility.
