On a warm night in Sutton our Mighty Marlins swam in the third round of the Derby & Notts ‘Diddy’ League. In the final gala of the competition, our hand-picked team produced some excellent swims to end the night in third place.
There were some very close finishes and Marlins managed to win 11 of the 47 events. The highlight being an emphatic win in the Cannon relay, with each swimmer making sure of a safe takeover and a hard finish.

We’ll all be racing again next Saturday and Sunday at the Club Sprints, when everyone will be able to swim fast and stake their claim to be selected for the next Mighty Marlin team gala.
