Happy HT From LT

Half term is upon us yet over 30 at LT last Sunday, well done everyone for making such a great effort.

Very well done to this weeks Swimprover’s:
Group 1: Eva Moran
Group 2: Ryan Horobin

We’re now into another period where LT bows to the competition(s) we train so hard for, so please note the following:

15/2/15 – No Land Training
22/2/15 – No Land Training
1/3/15 – No Land Training
8/3/15 – TBC (likely to be Group 2 only)

Then we aim to resume LT business as usual with BOOT CAMP planned for 28/3/15, more details to follow, please book it out in your diaries.
