Hi All 

Hope you are ok. Here is some last minute information. could you pass this information on to the relevant people

So as off the 1st June parking at Harvey Haddon will cost users if there are there over three hours. Even if you are there less time you still have to register your car either using the app or the tablets based in the reception area. All information is on the attachment.

We have been told by Harvey Haddon that no swimmers to be on poolside until the pool is set up (which is approx 5:30) and Harvey Haddon have said they have finished setting up. This is to allow a smooth running of the gala and for safety of the swimmer whilst the centre is setting up.

Also we have both 25m pools during warm up so you can use your allocated lanes in both pools to warm up but after the 30 minute warm the pool not being used for warm up will be raised so no one goes in it and barriers put around it. With the relays being 25m can I ask your team mangers only allow two swimmers at a time on to the boom as there is not enough space for the whole team.

To add could all officials and timekeepers please meet near the timing suit at 540 for there briefing.

Finally there will be a  minute splash around the competition pool  in memory of Jamie. So after warm up has finish could you please organise the swimmer around the pool.

If there are any problems on the day could you please go to Sharon Bestwick on the timing desk as I sadly can’t be there.

USE THE FACILITIES PROVIDED THIS IS A SWIM ENGLAND REQUIREMENT AND IS ENFORCED AT HARVEY HADDEN LC
