Another great turnout with 39 Marlins getting stuck into land training on back-to-school eve, a new attendance record!
The standard keeps improving and general core stability is really developing. The common theme to the most successful Marlins on dry land so far is a willingness to try new things with a great attitude.
Swimprovers of the week set a new benchmark for everyone, so very well done for such dedication with a great “can do” approach.
