Method of Deciding the Winner
The Chair, Secretary and the longest serving committee member of the Club have cast their vote by using the method described below, if an officer is among the nomination’s then the next longest serving Committee Member replaces that Officer for the selection process.
Each officer may select up to five nominees scoring five points for their first choice, four points for second choice etc. The points are then added and the nominee with most points is awarded the Trophy, if the result is a tie on points the club President casts the deciding vote to declare the winner.
